What Makes Them Special
The Hernandez family story is quintessentially LA. Papa Hernandez opened a shop in the 1980s selling used appliances, occasionally receiving leftover mid-century furniture from landlords. His son Ivan, at just 10 years old, noticed that a growing group of mid-century enthusiasts were snapping up these modern pieces — and the rest is history.
Today, Hernandez Furniture has become a secret supplier to LA's finest furniture galleries and top interior designers. They specialize in Danish modern, mid-century, retro, and vintage pieces with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship. They also welcome restoration requests.
